Our Story
Elloy started Glow Team Cleaning after moving from California to the Midwest and wanting to create something meaningful in his new community. A U.S. Army veteran and proud single dad, he brings more than 23 years of team leadership in hospitality and entertainment to the company.
He built the business to offer dependable cleaning and create flexible opportunities for people who may find traditional nine-to-five work difficult to enter or return to. Care for people, whether they are customers or team members, is central to the company’s story.
